I have the same problem, in that my order number was not recognised when I tried to claim my cashback. I cannot seem to contact you guys either. Please can you let me know what I need to do?
Have you had more than one order number before? Did we need to replace the order for any reason? We'll need to go over your account and check to see what happened.
