I recently bought BT broadband as there was a black friday deal with £105 cashback on Topcashback. A week is gone now yet the cashback hasn't tracked. I have created a claim with Topcashback but of course the decision will be taken by BT over this. Since cashback was the only reason I joined BT over Vodafone, if it is not going to track, I might as well cancel BT within 14 days cooling period. How do I get a confirmation on this?

An order for cashback will have an order ref starting AJM or BTC if it has tracked successfully. Can you confirm that please?

Just leave the letters AJM on your post, so it can be seen, should help be needed. Thanks
As your order reference starts with AJM, then your cashback has tracked, so there is nothing to worry about.
