I tried emailing affiliates@bt.com as recommended by a moderator, but it bounced. I ordered my Broadband on 20 October and claimed on 22 November (four days after installation) but can't find out who to contact for non-delivery of the £50 cashback cheque (claim ref: AJM**Edited**). Please help!
