There appears to be a worrying number of posts on here about legitimate cashback claims being rejected and I'd like to know what people did to resolve it.
Topcashback have lodged a claim on my behalf but it's been rejected by BT apparently.
I've provided all order numbers and background (as some serious errors within BT caused a very poor new customer experience and multiple orders/complaints) but its still been rejected.
What do I do as this was one of the main factors for signing up for BT (having been a Virgin media customer for more than a decade...)
Is this all just a con or something? Do they offer big cashback and then just reject it all or something?

I was contacted and provided the relevant details. within a month it was sorted and I was advised the cashback would be paid, which it has been.
I'm obviously pleased it has been sorted, but it is a shame it took a post on this forum to resolve it, having been bounced around between various depts. previously.
