Catch up option no longer present

Following upgrading my BT TV to the Now Entertainment package, the catch up option has disappeared.  I've read various community threads and reset the factory settings as suggested in one thread, but still not appearing.

Hi @Pwl71 

Catch up and On demand for the Now Entertainment channels are accessed by the NOW Tv app rather than the BT TV app.

Is this the issue you are experiencing or some other problem ?

Thanks for the explanation, been able to locate the catch up programmes.
