Ceased to work since update

When my YouView stoped working after the update I have tried many times to reset box redownload etc.

It comes up on all attempts  update failed.   

It will not connect to my TV via HDMI also connected and have to watch tv purely by using arial only.

have box oblong flat with control button centre and 4 pins top right with BT Logo below

what can I do to get it back?????

Sorry for the problems you've had recently with your BT TV box.  Have you managed to get this sorted out since posting?
