I realsie that this is a well worn subject, but hope there will be a relatively simple solution.
On the presumption that one of my BT Mail addresses had been compromised I changed my BT ID password and this now seems to have reflected through to the primary ID email password. I am left with one sub account which has had a temporary password attached to it through an online chat contact with the Indian call centre. The call centre promised to send me a link to change this password, but have notcontacted me further. I have tried all the historically listed solutions for changing the sub account password which, so far, has resisted all attempts to change.
Is it possible for a moderator, or the UK technical team to change this password, or contact me with a one time link which allows me to change it myself?
