After a trail on infinity, I have chosen to revert back to my original standard broadband. Because of the distance from the exchange the adsl2+ provides better speeds. The line was stable at 11mbs + whereas the infinity only produced 5/6 at best 8 but the upload was better. The service has now changed back but has gone to ADSL which is not able to get back to the original speeds. Please advise how I can get this to connect back on the adsl2 or adsl2+ i presume this won't happen automatically.

see if mods can help get you back on adsl2 they will post here
@IanJ3 I called there but missed you. You're already connected to the ADSL2+ equipment but there's a cap on the upload, I've arranged for that to be lifted and you should notice an improvement by tomorrow. Can you post back and let me know if you're happy everything is resolved
