Every time I try to change my BT mobile plan (I'm downgrading the plan) I get this message-
'There are no BT Sports promotions this customer can move to. Please go back and select Manage BT TV and BT Sports on BT TV'
I don't have BT Sport any more and have never had BT TV, plus I don't see how it's related to downgrading my mobile. Any ideas?

Without looking at your account I don't think we will be able to answer your question. Can you call us on 0800 800 150 (8am to 9pm Mon-Fri; 8am to 8pm Sat ; 9am to 6pm Sun) and speak to our mobile team?
