Change my direct debit.

I currently pay by "Whole Bill Direct Debt" and want to change to a set amount each month Direct Debt (forget the exact phrase), on "My BT" it says "you can easily do this online", but I find my self in a loop. When in My BT it shows a link for "Change payment detail" I click on that, it tells me to log in to MyBT, and takes me back to my BT with the same link showing.

 

Frustrated, Manchester

 

(I really do not want to have to go to the Indian call centre to try and do it!)

 

Any help much appreciated
