Ordered a change of the BT Mobile Plan to save some money. Basically, just switched from 4GB data (paying £10.13 per phone, BT Broadband £5 discount applies) to 3GB data for £8. The change is due to be applied on Monday, 7/12/2020.
Now, when I go to My BT, Products, BT Mobile I read:
"Plan name BT Mobile: 3GB SIM Plan
Contract: 12 Months
When your contract ends: 06/12/2021
Contract terms: £8.00 per month until 05/12/2020 (then £13.00 a month)"
Hope, it's just a bug on their site or something and they actually mean 2021, not 2020 in this last line.
Or am I missing something?
