Changing from Sky to Virgin

I have had BT Sport on my Sky box for over a year now but I have recently changed from Sky to Virgin Media. Am I able to transfer my BT Sport over to my Virgin box and if so what is the easiest way to do this?

You will need to contact us to cancel your BT Sport on Sky on 0800800030 and you will need to contact Virgin media directly to order BT Sport on their platform.

If you are having the full tv package from VirginMedia - there is no additional charge for BT Sport

BT Sport on Sky is sold directly to customers by BT. Hence you need to talk to BT to activate or cancel it on that platform.

BT Sport is however sold wholesale to Virgin Media. Virgin then sell it on to their customers. Hence you will need to check the Virgin website and talk to them about getting it on that platform.
