When the page loads you'll see a link near the top left under the main tabs saying my profile click on this

One of the first topics is PHONE click EDIT next to this

Choose on-line and paper billing from drop down menu save and done

You can change back using the same screen.

Re: Changing my bill back to paper

You may not be able to do this. Line Rental Saver, if I remember correctly, requires ebilling.

Re: Changing my bill back to paper

Do you remember the good old days when we received a good discount for paperless billing? In a few years time we will be remembering when we used to get caller display and Answer 1571 for free.

Re: Changing my bill back to paper

I prefer paper billing but was forced to sign up online to get BT Sport. As mentioned you can set up paper AND paperless online.

However...I also spoke to the helpdesk and was told that to remove paperless and revert to paper only can be done on request by a supervisor.

As usual when ringing BT I recorded the conversation.

Yep, LRS now requires monthly e-billing.

These days it works the other way round. You don't get discounts. You get to pay more unless you do it BT's way.

The idea that it costs £2 a month to process payments is nuts. I pay all my other bills through on-line banking, only phone companies charge me for the privilege of not having a standing order.

You underestimate your perceptiveness. In a few months we will be remembering when we used to get caller display and Answer 1571 for free. BT starts charging for them in January.

Re: Changing my bill back to paper

I feel sorry for those who have no option of e-billing and/or those who can ill afford to pay 12 month line rental to take advantage if the LRS.
