Please can somebody give me an idiot's guide to changing my settings, as I cannot get my e-mails to appear. My e-mails were fine until BT changed something, now I cannot see anything!!!

Changing the settings only applies if you are using an email client/app. If you use a web browser there are no settings that you need to change but you must use the BTMail log on page and not the Yahoo log on page.
Hi @LorinBelcher, to add to what gg30340 has posted, we've moved away from Yahoo so if you were previously using the Yahoo site it will no longer work. If you use a browser to view your emails you will need to log in at www.bt.com/email going forward.
How are you accessing your email - app, web browser or email client? Using pop3 or imap?
You should clear your browsers history and cookies then use the BTMail link that I posted to log onto your email.
