Changing my settings to access my bt yahoo e-mail account

Thanks for your help, but how do I do that? Nothing shows up on my e-mail page !! And there is nowhere to clear browsers history/cookies

It depends on what browser you are using as to how you clear the history. If you do an Internet search "how to clear history" for the browser you have you will find how to do it.

I cleared by Chrome browser of history/cookies and tried the link - nothing, still says loading!!

Are you now getting the BT logon page and not the Yahoo log on page?

I am trying to access my emails via the BT mail site and when I click on inbox it says loading for ages and eventually "no attachment found"?

When you get logged on, go to the "Change View" at the right hand side. Click on it and click on one of the "Preview Panes".

Do not click on the "attachment view".

Is your inbox now showing correctly?
