Channel 385 requesting parental controls

Ok, so i have it set up to NOT request parental controls, but for some reason this channnel is requesting that input my parental control pin.

Probably due to the programming scheduled on that channel  before the watershed  so 

Rated content being watched between the hours of 5.30am and 8.00pm will need the parental PIN entered upon channel tune/playing back a recording, whether parental controls are on or not.
