Channel 484 Nick Jnr as this has disappeared

Would have been nice to have been informed of this. According to the original post Childrens Channels are now 201-229. Well this is not the case on both my Youview boxes. See below.

Can you also tell me whats happened to Channel 484 Nick Jnr as this has disappeared off the Guide and my kids are distraught as they watch this channel all the time!

484 does currently appear missing from the Youview EPG.

Nick Jr. (484) is mising for me as well and the kids are on the warpath!, its pretty much a deal breaker for me, if its gone for good, guess i will be terminating my contract as im fed up with the useless box, i mean when a 10 year old sky box out performs a new youview box, in so much as it doesnt hang, doesnt take forever to boot, doesnt have an **bleep** backwards remote control, ah well guess i get what i pay for, maybe the murdoch tax isnt so bad after all....

Hi @nakchak and @varkanoid Sorry that there was a problem with Nick Jnr missing from the EPG.

The problem should now be fixed please can you check by rebooting the box by switching it off and back on again. Please can you try this an post back to let me know how you get on.

Yes the kids have come down from the ceiling now Nick Jnr is back on 484. Thanks.

@varkanoid  Can I just clarify a couple of things

in addition to the 484 Nick Jnr issue it did appear from your first post and image that you did not have  the SD versions of  CBBC and CBeebies in channel positions 201 and 202 where they should have moved to unless you have previously hidden them.

Have you hidden them or are they missing ?

If they are missing do you have them  listed in another channel position any channels listed in the 800 range  for example ?
