Hi All
I am a little confused about my recent bill - Normally my bills are about £80 a month (for Fibre 1 + unlimited calls, BT Sport + a couple of mobile plans) - My Fibre 1 was at a discounted rate which came to an end 14th May, and before that time, I accepted a renewal plan which was £2 more a month again with unlimited calls
My bill for this month was £104 and I see to have been charged for 2 unlimited call plans, and also 2 amounts of broadband -
BT website says to ask for help here rather than call - Can anyone help?
Many thanks
Gareth
Solved! Go to Solution.
It should correct itself on the next billing cycle with a pro-rata refund, check your bill for your billing date, not when the payment is due but the date the bill was produced, then check your order confirmation for when the new discount starts.
I'd guess your new order was open and in progress when the billing cycle ran, parts had completed and parts in progress, which is why the bill is messy, it will correct itself next month, it's just unfortunate timing of the bill being generated at the same time changes were being made.
