Charged for Engineers visit: Mods said I wouldn't be.

Go to solution

All in regards to the issues in this thread:

https://community.bt.com/t5/BT-Infinity-Speed-Connection/HH5-frequent-disconnects-since-the-recent-F...

1: Due to the intermittent issue of the fault and from past experience on Engineers not finding a problem the Moderator I dealt with and his superior assured me that I wouldn't be charged and if I was then I should request a refund.

2: The Engineers visit I am being charged for is due to him not finding a fault .. He didn't check the cabinet .. 7 days last a 2nd engineer came and did find an issue at the cabinet .So the one I'm charged for didn't do his job correctly.

3: The issue is still ongoing and DC's still occur.

Hi HadesR

Thanks for taking my call today.

I've raised the new fault to investigate the drops within the connection as per our discussion today.

I'll be back in touch at the beginning of next week when I receive updates for you.
