Charged twice BT box office

Been charged twice for box office royal rumble, BT helpline says it’s nothing to do with them and gave me the box office number which when rang message says it’s not open anymore, emails calls goin round and round, can’t even delete my debit card so they won’t start taking anymore, a service that nobody knows who’s department it is
