Charges for leaving?

Go to solution

i'm looking at the possibility of cancelling my broadband package with bt and was wondering whether i would be charged for this and how long it would take?

i'm also looking to cancel my phone package aswell and was wondering what the charge would be for this. Any past experiences would be great to know of.

Many Thanks

If you are out of contract then no charge for line rental and call package, £25 if you cease broadband alltogether ie. you don't migrate with a MAC.

In contract then £7.50 x months remaining or £8 x months remaining for Unlimited Anytime.

Broadband Option 1 £7.50, Option 2 £11.50, Option 3 £11.75 x months remaining + cease fee £25 if you don't migrate with MAC.
