I find after I reported a landline fault, when clicking on a link sent by BT in their acknowledgement email, the following day,that the link is inoperative and cannot be used due to a technical error. So I am still non the wiser where I am up to in understanding when the line will be up and running.
Is there a fall back link and why have BT got this link on their response e mail whilst this technical issue has not been resolved.
Hi @Rifleman65 I'm sorry the link to track your fault isn't working. If you visit www.bt.com/faults you can track the fault progress from there.
