My Braodband went live this morning. I went onto website to claim the Amazon voucher reward just there when it said "You are not eligible to claim a reward, please see FAQs for more information" Do I have to wait so many days before I can claim ?
Here we goi again. I contacted BT chat and they told me they will forward to the gifts team and they will be in touch within 10 working days. Every single stpe involved in transferring to BT has been a joke. Twice they cancelled my order without telling me. I did ask at the time will this reordering affect my reward claim. Nope - they said. chalk that up to another LIE by a lazy phone operator.
