Claim reward card issues

Hello,

Can anybody please help?

I'm being texted and emailed constantly telling me to claim my reward card but  every time I  log in it tells me there is nothing to claim or asks me to reset my password and basically this goes on in a loop. 

Im feeling that this is false advertising by bt as it appears impossible to claim!
