I signed up for Superfast BB Essential on 5 Dec 2018.
So far I am happy with the service. It was connected on 21 Dec. We have been using it now for a month now. Even though our modem drops off fairly regularly, the service is OK.

Where is my Echo?
So here I am - wondering how I am suppose to claim this reward...It does not show up on MyBT Awared list to claim...
Are they hoping I will let it lapse?

I too seem to have the same problem now...
I ordered Superfast BB essentials before the offer expired and now the reward has disappeared into the aether...
I just called and they seem to delay and drag it out...knowing the offer expires if not taken in 3 months...
As Deadpool phrases the question:
Whose balls do I have to fondle to claim my Amazon Echo? Why does it not even SHOW UP on myBT Rewards screen?
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

When you placed your order online I take it you saw the mention of the Amazon Echo?
