Claiming BT reward card error message

Claiming BT reward card error message

Hi

I activated BT broadband on 6th August. Now  trying to claim the £110 reward card (having had emails indicating it's available to claim) and  I’m getting the same message that others have received “Error - Please try again after some time” Any help with this would be appreciated.
