I'm having a problem claiming my BT rewards card and hope someone from the moderation team gets in touch to resolve please.
Order initially placed on 9/11 which got stuck so cancelled and placed again by BT on 14/11 but the reward card was never brought through manually.
Service active since 1/12 and after many calls the team placed an order for the reward card which got stuck again!
Another call and we had the stuck order cancelled and another one placed again but still nothing.
It's been 6 weeks from order placement and 3 weeks from activation, yet still struggling with what should've been a very simple thing to resolve.
