Claiming reward

Hi @RobbieMac ,same issue here.

I signed up my contract on the 21st of April, broadband active since 5th of May. I was due to receive an £80 Reward Card (Fibre 1 contract signed on BT website) but I can't claim this reward since then - I simply don't see it in the "Your rewards" page.
I have been trying to get in touch with BT team in many ways, unsuccessfully. More than once I have been told by phone that I would have received some further communications from your team, but this never happened. I appreciate it is a busy and difficult time for everybody, but I am now starting to be afraid I will never see that Reward Card, which was part of the reasons I have chosen to switch to BT.

Is there a chance you could support me with this? Thanks a lot.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post!  I have moved your post to start your own thread as the thread you had posted on has already been marked as solved.

I'm sorry for the problems you had claiming for your reward.  I understand that you placed your order in April and that is a long time to be waiting.
