I signed up my contract on the 21st of April, broadband active since 5th of May. I was due to receive an £80 Reward Card (Fibre 1 contract signed on BT website) but I can't claim this reward since then - I simply don't see it in the "Your rewards" page.
I have been trying to get in touch with BT team in many ways, unsuccessfully. More than once I have been told by phone that I would have received some further communications from your team, but this never happened. I appreciate it is a busy and difficult time for everybody, but I am now starting to be afraid I will never see that Reward Card, which was part of the reasons I have chosen to switch to BT.
Is there a chance you could support me with this? Thanks a lot.
