Hi, can someone tell me how to go about making a £28 payment on a closed, defaulted account? It's on my credit account and I did not even realise it was there.

I have no problem paying, just need to know how!

Speak to the billing team on 0800 800 150, they'll be able to assist and if the debt is still with BT, they can take the payment.

Depending on the length of time, BT might of sold it to a debt collection company, it could be Moorcroft or LCA or someone else, the billing team will be able to advise, if you still live at the same address a debt collection company would normally write to you.
