Hi all,

 

Our software engineers have just finished fixing the problem that was stopping some customers from activating BT Cloud, so it should all be working for you now.

I was able to enable the service today. Activated using the option in MyBT using internet explorer. Not tried to use it yet.

HI @chadders1 - It looks like you might have successfully activated BT Cloud now.). If it's still not working for you then could you send me a PM with your BT Account Number, and I'll get our techies to look into it.

All ok, although I had to activate on a PC as I still couldn't do it on iPad or iPhone .

Thanks for fixing this. I hit the problem using Edge, searched on the error msg and got hits on BT forums, but then found I got errors accessing those! I got through to this forum using Chrome where I found the solution was to use Chrome for BT Cloud installation. I reported this to BT technical department who insisted the problem was with Edge because Chrome and Firefox worked ok. I'm glad someone in BT took this seriously.
