The cabinet serving the north of Coggeshall is not showing as being in the plans to be fibre-enabled when several other cabinets connect to the exchange already are. I live in Hitcham Road CO6 1QS and according to the superfast Essex site the planned properties that will be enabled end at the end of my street. How do you go about getting this solved? From my research, it seems that cabinet 1 would serve close to half the population of the town!
Contact Superfast Essex. Phase 3 is supposed to cover the final 5%.

The superfastessex site shows only up to 22 Buxton Road being included in the current plans. That upgrade is expected to complete late 2019 / early 2020.
Anything past that house towards you shows as NGA Yellow, which means that " broadband coverage is either planned or claimed to exist by a commercial broadband network operator" . In your case this probably means one of the two wireless providers that cover the area County Broadband Ltd or FibreWifi.
