How do you get an engineer.
After several failed attempts we booked an engineer on-line to repair a fault. We received a confirmation email from BT confirming our booking date and time.
Date and time has passed and no BT engineer has shown up.
On MyBT we click on track a fault to find this message that states: " There are no faults to display for this account"
How to get a BT engineer, pleae help.
For faults you can call 0800 800 151. then follow the prompts.
It would be Openreach not BT Retail that would fix your fault.
You should be able to track it online, unless it never made it onto the fault reporting system.
the system does not work, it says No faults, which is quite clearly wrong, so NO you cannot track on-line.
You must understand, the previous debacle that was 151 means no one calls anymore, it was a disaster area. Why should I spnd my hours trying to carry out a simple task of reporting a fault. 151 is nothing but stressfull call deflection.........

If you don't do it, nobody will do it for you, so your options are contact BT or live with the issue.
To be honest, over the last years BT has become such a difficult compay to work with, I am passed caring if my landline works or not. One thing is for certain, I am not going to waste my time and money trying to deal with a Company that appears to be out of control.
The sooner BT is broken down and sold off, and re-establishes itself as a Customer orientated business the better.
