Snatch season 2: The gang are back on the run

As we posted last month, Whole Home Wi-Fi continues to be a top discussion on the community, particularly around the most recent firmware update.
Feedback so far following this update indicates that the firmware has fixed this fault, however please keep your feedback coming if you're still affected.

Another hot topic recently has been about some customers experiencing a fault with their YouView from BT, whereby recordings were failing. Here is the latest update:
As some may have noticed we have indeed started the rollout of the new software releases containing fixes for the recording issues that many of you have told us about. That process will continue over the next couple of weeks and we're keeping a close eye on progress there and on the statistics around recording fallures to ensure that things are indeed improving for you.
