Hi there,
ive now had two occasions where the broadband in our block of flats & possibly the street was down, and it was for about 3 days but would be up in the evening then gone again in the morning. Does anyone know if this rules you out of compensation? It’s a nightmare working from home so I’m suprised if this shouldn’t qualify.
