OFCOM do not deal with individual complaint the Liverpool team will tell you how to contact the Ombudsman

I know it says beginner after my name on here. I am quite literally fed up with bt's bare faced lack of customer care, when it matters.
I know whom to contact.
The reason why this complaint has escalated is quite simply that i have not backed down. It's ok apologising but when it's costing your customer extra cash then c'mon.
I wonder, what if, what if the moderators dealt with this complaint. Would i be a different outcome?
I would like to think yes.

This is a customer to customer self help forum posts made here do not go to BT although the forum is moderated by BT not every post is read

 

Every one here are BT customers like you only the Moderators work for BT
