I cannot believe I have to post my complaint here because the BT team simply just gave me the same response every time I call. Story cut short - I was promised a gift when we spoke to the sales person over the phone in Dec 2019, so a month after, we tried to follow up with the gift status and was told that we are not eligible.
After checking, the BT team confirmed that we are eligible and it is being processed. Obviously I have had the same conversation with BT various times since then (once every 2-3 weeks as they claim it takes 5 working days) but I am simply not getting any updates or feedback except for "you are definitely eligible and will be processed"...
Anyone who could actually help me out here?
