We were due to have TSG install an aerial today & they gave us an hour slot appointment time. Ten minutes after this appointment had passed they rung to say engineer not coming & can't re-book our appointment for another week!! Has anyone else had this problem? How was it resolved?

Hi @Sandra1, sorry to hear you are having problems. Did you book the installation directly from TSG or did you book it via BT(with them speaking to TSG on your behalf)?
