does anyone know if BT have a response time once a complaint is raised?
Have ordered BT Infinty 2 in May 2015 and they still havent sorted it out. It is FTTH and had 3 different engineer visits booked already but all were either just ignored or "someone booked it incorrectly"
We still require a small box to be fitted outside the house and 4th engineer visit is boooked for 29th July
Oh yes, also been told the house was wired incorrectly. Only mine, but lets not start that conversation.
Any help would be appreciated

Sorry that your BT Infinity service hasn't been connected yet since placing your order in May. I agree, that's a long time to be waiting.

so after I posted, Openreach engineer turned up and sorted it.
We have been cabled completely wrong apparently, but got fiber now to the house and small box is fitted as well.
