I need an email address so that I can make a complaint. I require a refund on charges that have been added to my account. I have phonned seven times during a 2 year period and am still to recieve a response. BT's telephone complaints service is the worst demonstration of customer service I have ever witnessed. I have been on hold, on numerous occasions, for over an hour and a half. I have been guarenteed call backs but have never recieved one. On my previous two calls I have full names of all of the people I have dealt with, including people that have hung up on me.
It is now also proving impossible to get hold of an email address. I can only presume that the people working for the complaints section of BT are not intelligent enough to use computers.
