I feel your pain, they were supposed to call me tonight to sort my issue and nothing at all.
BT got back to me last night and said I couldnt get it as my line wasnt fast enough and that I needed 60mb, even though I have 50mb. Even though the website states you should be able to get UHD with upto 38mb line. So confused is the right word for it.
@JohnC2 @DanielS @NeilO still no new box, no phone call (even out of courtesy) and i now have an update saying it wasnt delivered to my city centre flat because of adverse weather! No card either, only way I know is that I had to check the parcel tracking.
How do I escalate this complaint, its getting to be a bit of a joke now.
Really regretting getting involved with BT!

@david112 I'm really sorry about that, I can see the resolutions team have got that sorted for you and replied to your email.
@NeilO how do i take this complaint further. Its really poor.
@david112 you would need to contact the resolutions team back as the complaint has already been escalated to them.
David did you get a UHD box, as they wouldnt even entertain me when I also have a 52 download on my line, but they told me I need 60.
