Trying to set up my WI-FI Discs and following the setup directions and I there’s no option in my BT App to add discs. How do I add the discs, it looks as though my account isn’t registering that I have complete WI-FI.
You should have received an install guide with your new smart hub 2 and black disc. Instructions are in there, including detail for downloading the correct MyBT app, and how to install your disc.
If you're still having trouble call the BT Complete Wi-Fi helpdesk (details in your box).

I assume you are already paying the extra cost for the complete Wifi facility?
Yes I’m ping the extra cst but I’ve always been concerned that when they changed the names of the BT packages they didn’t migrate my package correctly and it’s only now I’ve been experiencing problems.
You may have to ring the helpdesk, as you may have the wrong app.
If they cannot help, then it may need a moderator to look at it.
Hi @Julesman, if the complete wifi service is being itemised on your bills then I'd doubt there is an issue with the package. Have you tried deleting the app then reinstalling it yet?
The best way to connect your Hub and Wi-Fi discs is to follow the instructions on the My BT app. On the home screen, select More, Your wi-fi network and then Set up new disc. This will guide you through the set-up and suggest the best location for your disc.
Alternatively, follow the steps below to connect using an ethernet cable. There's one in your Hub box.

I haven't tried it, but I can see a {Add a new Wi-Fi Disc] in the Smart Hub 2 Manager which I have only just noticed. It may be new or I simply haven't seen it.
Home -> Advanced settings -> Advanced wireless -> My discs.
