Completed order still in progress

My BT TV serivce was activated on Tuesday the order is still showing as not completed. I now would like to order the HD extra pack but with the wrong order status it won't let me order it

Hi Foxyiow,

 

Welcome to the forum. Have you managed to get the HD Extra pack added to your BT TV? If not, I'll be able to get that order closed off and add that to your account. Please send me in your details using the "Contact The Mods" link found in my profile.

Thanks for the reply I spoke to a lady on the phone yesterday who completed my original order and advised me to place a new order online with HD extra. I am now just waiting for this to be activated
