I've just moved from Sky (which has been flawless for 4 years) to to BT infinity 1. During the day the connection is fine but from 7:30pm its dropped to 6mbps from 51mbps and ping times within games is horredendous - 300ms +. The connection will remain horrific until about 1am and revert back to 51-55mbps. My telephone exchange is Seaford.
i have a friend on the same exchange, different street cab who is experiencing the exact same problem. I have only recently joined on 23rd August and was wondering if getting out now would be the best option??
Some one with lots of posts will be along shortly to tell you it is not a BT Retail issue and there is nothing they can do about it as the problem lies with BT Wholesale.

I had solid 60/20 with Sky for 4 years!!!!! Same line, same exchange, no issue.
