I have had a compromised email account and have followed the 4 step process to change my email password - now BT mail does not recognise me! What action can I take and do I use my old password or the new one that was registered. I seem to be in a loop of no email access and non-recognition. When I went for online chat to seek help the ave waiting time increased every 20 seconds from 1:30min to 2:45 and then to 3:30 and ever upwards ..... How can this be an average time? I guess I'm just not happy with BT at the moment!
I hav e had this - it has happened the last two wekends. seems to be noticed by my android phone which fails to authenticate. When I use a pc I can change my password but the phone still doesn't work. Last week it the phone started working again on sunday. I think it is a bug. I also found that on a mac the password change only works in firefox, not chrome
