I ordered Bt Infinity 2 (Fibre), along with phone and TV on Monday 1st February. Despite receiving an immediate email saying that I'd receive an email within 5 days to confirm my order etc, I still have yet to receive this. Therefore, I wondered if anyone has had a similar problem and how long I should wait. Any help would be much appreciated. I do have a BT.com reference, but not an order reference, so can't track the order. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
