Please can someone help?
After raising an Equifax dispute, in regards to a default applied by BT, I have finalised the dispute process and made payment for the monies owed.
I require confirmation of payment via email from BT, also confirming the balance of the default has been settled, by tomorrow or I will fail my mortgage application 😭
I've spoke to staff on the main helpline and they can not find my account details, so are unable to assist , is there anything I can do?

I'm sorry you're having problems getting a confirmation of the payment. I'm assuming the account has been closed for some time? I'll be happy to take a look at this for you but it's unlikely we'll get to you before tomorrow. Is there any way you can contact your mortgage provider to explain? I'll drop you a private message now so you can get in touch.

Yes, it's an account dating back to 2015/6.
