I've been trying to check up on my account to see whether I am getting 'Best Value for Money'. However, when I put in the account number I have, I get a message saying it's not the correct number.
Either I'm going 'nuts' or the BT web site is; please advise?

You may find that there is more than one account number shown in the dropdown list, make sure you select the correct one, as shown on your bill.
I can't even find a dropdown list. If I click on bills or usage it goes straight back to the header page.
