Congestion issue?

Hello,

 

I'm pretty convinced that there's a congestion issue on my exchange: EMOAKHA

 

Could this be verfied if possible please?

 

I'm getting 74mbps download during the day (tested 3 times) and in the evening it drops to below 20mbps (3mbps was the lowest). This was done using the BT Wholesale Speedtest as recommended.

I've had a look at can't see any congestion issues for EMOAKHA. I can take a look at this in more detail for you.
