I'm pretty convinced that there's a congestion issue on my exchange: EMOAKHA
Could this be verfied if possible please?
I'm getting 74mbps download during the day (tested 3 times) and in the evening it drops to below 20mbps (3mbps was the lowest). This was done using the BT Wholesale Speedtest as recommended.
