Hi. I'm having major evening and weekend congestion issues on my infinity service. I'm using the HH5 which sync's at 50M and gets 45m in the morning dropping to 8m from about 5pm.
Engineer has been round today and no faults or noise on the line. Not sure where to go from here.

Please can you please provide BT Wholesale speed test results for different times of the day, including the further diagnostics page?
These must be done using a computer connected to the home hub, using an Ethernet cable.
This is needed before a moderator can be asked to look at it.
Thanks for that. I've run the first and second tests and will repeat a couple of times tomorrow.
Do I also need to do the test with the router reconfiguration?
I've taken a couple of tests, slow and fast. Also scripted a speedtest.net to run on a unix server connected to the hub at 2hr intervals. This shows the speeds drop and recover overnight.
Make sure you do another test when it is slow, it is only the result of the last test that is stored and thus gives BTWholesale the information there is congestion. No point in running 2 hourly tests except for your own information.

Speedtest result showing lower speed. Not as bad as it has been but still pretty slow compared to the acceptable range.
