Still happening I would have thougt the engineer reporting back would trigger a call from BT but not heard anything. BTCare almost impossible to get hold of online 😞

I have had a quick look at this and I can see that there is a known issue which is down to be sorted by 23/12/2016. Do keep us posted on here how things go.
Can you check if this work was completed? Not seen any difference in evening performance since 23rd.

I have checked this again today and it's still showing the date as the 23rd so nothing has changed. Obviously we have passed that now so we will have to take your details and look at this on an individual basis.
